Join Manoj for a monthly session of sound. Using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and much more, a symphony of sound will be created for you to find space and healing, away from the stresses of day to day life.
Every sound bath is unique and each person’s experience will be varied, as sound baths are a mode of meditation through the mind becoming quiet, you may find that this is a welcome opportunity for inspirations, new ideas or breakthroughs to come to you in this session. The sound of these gongs help the brain, the delta and theta brain wave states reach a deep state of relaxation.
