A magical sound journey awaits you at the historic Stirchley Baths on Sunday 4th December at 6pm. Be immersed in sound for 2 hours to give yourself the gift of restoration, peace and rejuvenation this winter, to reflect upon the year, and look forward to the next.
You can expect a brave and safe space held by local teachers Laura and Manoj, who will bring their years of expertise in sound healing, wellness and holistic therapies to create an extended beautiful soundscape for you to heal and let go..
Home made cake will be offered for all guests!
