The winter solstice is a time that is celebrated and recognised in many different cultures and traditions for hundreds of years. Falling on the shortest day of the year, it marks the beginning of longer days with light, the rebirth of the sun and a cause for celebrations.

On Sunday 18th December, join me and our growing community in marking this event, with journaling, kirtan, nidra, pranayama, reflection, sharing and plenty of accessible yoga as we gather together to look back upon the year and manifest our dreams in 2023.

Together we will be in community, share from our hearts, show up exactly how we are and be held in a loving and supportive space. Openness will be encouraged but everything will be optional.

This class marks my first session in my home studio on my platform for quite a number of months. I would love to reconnect with you and special invite to those of you I haven’t had the opportunity to hold space for.

This will be a brave space for all people regardless of age, gender and background. This space is for all of us. Beginners are welcome and I can’t wait to see you.

A percentage of ticket fees will be donated to The Sistah Space, a specialist charity that provides support to African and Caribbean heritage women affected by domestic and sexual abuse across the country.

Access will be based on a sliding scale, so please choose the option which best meets your needs and privilege.
