Manoj's teachings are passionate, encouraging, and friendly. He provides a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, and genuinely cares for his students and their practice. Every time I go to Manoj's classes I leave feeling more revitalised and more at peace with myself and the world. He's a great teacher and wonderful person, and is clearly extremely knowledgeable and invested in yoga for everyone, and happy to guide each student through their practices as individuals on different journeys.

Manoj is such a knowledgeable teacher who is genuinely passionate about what he teaches. He takes time to offer advice and adjustments where needed to ensure the class is tailored to each individual and genuinely wants the people who come to his classes to have the best experience possible, leaving completely relaxed and with a smile on their face.

Manoj is an incredible Yoga Teacher with so much wisdom, knowledge and personality. You can tell how much he cares for his students which is beautiful. I felt like a new person after my class with Manoj, thank you so much for the class! I will definitely practise more with you!
Lisa
Manoj’s passion for yoga and eagerness to both teach and learn from his fellow yogis makes his classes a real joy. Manoj artfully brings together the 8 elements of yoga to offer opportunities for growth and expansion, creating a truly holistic practice suitable for all levels of experience. Manoj brings a sense of community to every class or workshop, allowing yogis to connect to each other and their yoga practice. I have been attending Manoj’s classes for over a year now and I’ve learnt how to allow the breath to guide my practice, and how to appreciate what my body is capable of on any given day, rather than focusing on achieving certain postures. I highly recommend you attend one of Manoj’s classes and experience the magic for yourself.

![It’s finally spring!
The longer days, more sunlight and hopefully warmer weather! As we celebrate the Spring Equinox and the changing of the clocks (maybe not less time in bed!), I have been sharing in classes about the importance of springing into the mode of action, getting out of your way and putting steps in place to make your dreams real.
People are here to support you and the world wants to see you thrive. By putting yourself out there and grabbing those opportunities that are yours…
Going behind a bit of what I do behind the yoga mat, I had an interesting and fun spring equinox weekend! Seeing family friends and of course good food being involved!

I went along to watch the @kabaddiworldcup2025 in Wolverhampton. Kabaddi is sport originating in India and speculated it originated during the Vedic period (between 1500 BC and 500 BC).[4] There are accounts of Gautama Buddha and Lord Krishna having played an ancient form of the sport.
For some reason, all week I felt like I was going to get interviewed and low and behold, it happened! Insert something about the power of manifestation here. Ended up speaking to the whole of India and more! How was my punditry skills?

Enjoying some post match dosa at @dosahut.restaurant

Being back at the cabin for our quarterly solstice/equinox celebration sharing some new sounds and reconnecting with so many new people, with the backdrop of the rain..
7.
Seeing one of my favourite bands from India @bloodywood . This song Jee Veeray talking about the darkness we will face in our lives, being brave in the face of it, and only then we become strong as iron. To go from being 14 years old in Birmingham going to shows and being the only non white person to shows like this where lyrics are sung in Hindi and enjoyed by many people of many background, is a reminder we are in this together…

Being invited to share a sound bath on my good friend @tiger_mama_yoga day retreat in Bridgnorth. So lovely to see you again and meet the guests!
